VA Record Review & Eligibility Consult
Nationwide Service
Service Description
Dr. Amanda Meyers, Au.D. (a former VA C&P audiologist) reviews military and civilian records and provides you with 1. A concise memo* on whether your history supports a hearing loss and/or tinnitus service-connection claim. 2. A clear go/no-go recommendation for scheduling a full VA-compliant hearing evaluation for disability purposes and/or for writing a nexus letter. Honest feedback—if the evidence isn’t there, we’ll tell you up front. The consult fee can be credited toward a hearing evaluation if evaluation is recommended and scheduled within 90 days. Once service is scheduled, Dr. Meyers will call you at the scheduled time and date to obtain additional information and consent to start the review process. Secure upload portal – send your DD‑214, service treatment records, civilian audiograms, and prior VA paperwork. *VA adjudication purposes only
