All defective parts are replaced, electroacoustic analysis completed to confirm proper function and 6 or 12-month repair warranty. Price can vary depending on repair needed.

Veteran Audiology Services
Record-Review & Eligibility Consult

Review of service and medical records with a written “Preliminary Service‑Connection Likelihood Memo”.
Best for veterans who already have a recent, VA‑acceptable audiogram and need a professional opinion linking it to service.
Consult fee can be credited toward a comprehensive audiologic evaluation if scheduled within 90 days.
Comprehensive Audiologic Evaluation & DBQ Documentation

Mobile, Booth-less C&P-Ready Testing
Acoustic immittance measures (tympanometry and acoustic reflexes), pure tone audiometry (air & bone), and speech audiometry (recorded Maryland CNC list).
ANSI-validated audiology equipment brought to your home or other preferred quiet location.
Evaluation and documentation completed by a former VA C&P audiologist.
Nexus Letter
$200
Evidence‑based medical opinion including review of all military & civilian health records (up to 150 physical pages or unlimited electronic records). *Rush turnaround or complex records (>150 pages) may incur an additional quoted fee*

Hear & There Audiology provides nationwide record-review nexus opinions. Where state law requires, we hold an active license, telehealth registration, or compact privilege; otherwise, our service is limited to an expert consultation for VA adjudication and is not a therapeutic provider–patient relationship.
